Possibly Paddington’s smallest block with land size of only 70 sqm this required clever thinking given the physical limitations. An additional full sized bedroom was built into the attic while a powder room was installed under the stairs for guests on the ground floor. Resources were allocated towards the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor garden with a submission to council to create garden beds in front of the terrace on the wide footpath softening the entrance.
