Set high on the escarpment overlooking Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, this property presented originally as a simple 5 bedroom weather board cottage.

By simply wrapping the entire house with a large wooden deck, placing double doors on all the bedrooms, doubled the useable living space. The levelling of the back yard and installation of a 20m pool as the centrepiece not only created the wow factor but increased the rental potential of the asset. While the pool was more expensive than first envisioned it proved to be a solid investment within the first couple of years of holiday letting.
